On 19 June 2017 SFR Belgium became a member of the Telenet Group, which also comprises telco operators Telenet and BASE.

You'll continue to enjoy the products SFR Belgium is offering you today. Meanwhile, the Telenet Group will do its utmost to improve customer service. In addition, we've decided to invest significantly in the network, ensuring you'll be able to enjoy an optimum digital experience. In the coming months, you'll be experiencing the first results of this.
Good to know :
- You can keep your SFR modem and decoder.
- There is no change in billing.

You can still contact our customer service on 02 / 226 52 25 (from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.). Next to this, we will be happy to keep you informed of our investments
Can I become a Telenet or BASE client?
Telenet services are not yet available in SFR regions. For a mobile subscription, however, you can contact BASE.
